This is one of the most common questions about custom home building.  When the final plans are available, all of the selections are made and permits are released, we can build your home in about 6-8 months.

Absolutely. We will also work with your set of construction plans or we can help custom design your dream house on your chosen lot or acreage.

We work closely with our clients at the outset of  each job to make decisions early on that will minimize the need for costly changes later in the process. Changes and revisions do come up and can be a part of the construction process.

No, unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments at this time.

There is a tipping point where a new home does have advantages over a major renovation. A new home gives the opportunity to build your dream house with all the benefits of a true blank slate. You can finally have that master bedroom retreat that you always wanted, and have that breath taking kitchen that makes you the envy of all your friends. Taking on an extensive renovation can be more cost effective if you are working with an existing footprint that you can customize to suite your family’s needs. The only limits you have with a well planned renovation is your imagination.

We are fully licensed and insured. We carry $5 million liability coverage to ensure you are never liable for accidents on the job site. All of our tradesmen are fully covered by WCB and carry their own independent liability insurance.

It depends on the scope of the work. You will need permits if you are building a home or doing an extensive renovation. You will not need permits if you are building a ground level deck, re-facing your kitchen, or if your project has no structural or mechanical changes. We provide a one year warranty for labour and installation of all aspects of our renovation projects. New home construction is covered by our New Home Warranty Program.

We would love to assist you in any and every aspect of your project. We have designers and architects that we work with regularly that are ready to assist you. They can help you decide anything from grout colours to adding a second story to your house. We can also work with your own designer if you already have one.
